Our Objectives

We believe that building, fostering, and maintaining positive healthy relationships are the basis for human growth and development.

We will ensure everyone served is provided with both the right and responsibility to be an active participant in the service planning process.

We will respect the individuals we serve, their families, our subcontracted providers, and employees, as well as others whom we do business with.

We believe that natural settings provide the individuals we serve with the best opportunity to develop relationships and to realize their full potential.

We will ensure that supports and services are provided to the people we serve with staff and subcontracted providers who are fully trained and highly motivated to obtain and maintain the skill sets necessary to deliver quality services, as well as monitor and provide supports necessary to ensure a successful placement.

We will expect, foster, and promote an attitude of dignity and respect toward the people we serve, amongst our staff, subcontracted providers, and other individuals involved in our customer’s lives.

Our Goals

To provide high quality habilitative services to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.

To employ qualified staff and subcontracted providers by completing background checks, providing quality training, fostering a positive attitude, and paying our subcontracted providers a competitive percentage of reimbursement to effectively support individuals who have chosen to work with EFN.

To serve individuals throughout the state of Nebraska including rural areas with limited choices.

To provide each person we serve with a safe environment free from abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation.

To give the people we serve the opportunity to make choices for themselves, so they live a fulfilling, meaningful, and happy life.
